Every package includes:
Getting to know you! To help me customize your personalized program, I need to know your goals, habits, work life, dietary issues/limitations, lifestyle and more. Once you sign up for your membership you will receive an in-take form to help collect all this information!
Once your in-take form is received, first time clients will receive a time for a FREE 30 minute consultation to review your form, connect with you and answer any questions you may have.
A detailed fitness program tailored to your fitness goals and level. Your program will include a fitness schedule and video demonstrations.
Mindfulness and balance. Life can be overwhelming and things can come up unexpectedly. As your personal trainer, we’ll work together to help you manage and get through those life moments while maintaining your healthy lifestyle.
